Bach Talks About Angry Axl

Last week, some tracks that could be on the long awaited Guns N’ Roses album Chinese Democracy leaked. Rolling Stone wondered how that might make singer Axl Rose feel, so they turned to his friend and fellow performer, Sebastian Bach. Bach revealed that Rose has the capacity to get a little heated, explaining, “There’s only a couple of times he’s ever gotten mad at me. One of them was when I let [porn star] Ron Jeremy in his dressing room. He didn’t like that at all.”

Bach added, “Axl goes from zero to 60 faster than any hemi engine, I’ll tell you that. When we were first hanging out in 2006, we were just standing around a bunch of people. I go, ‘Axl, do you think you might get the record out? It would be a great time, now that we’re on tour and everything.’ He goes, ‘Oh. Great! Everybody! Sebastian has a great idea here, man. Guess what? Sebastian, should I put out a record? Maybe it would be a good idea for me to put out a f***ing record! Hey everybody, listen to this! I never thought of that! That never came to me! Oh, great idea dude.’ I felt like ‘Fred Flintstone’ in ‘Mr. Slate’s’ office.”

Bach & Slash In New Supergroup?
We all know by now that former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach likes to talk... and he has been talking a lot lately.

Most recently, he sat down with Billboard to reiterate that he will not become Velvet Revolver’s next singer. In the interview, he also revealed that Slash contacted him “out of the blue… to talk to me about working together, but it was not Velvet Revolver. It was a completely different project and I can’t tell you what it is cause it’s mind blowing, but I’ve been sworn to secrecy on that.” However, in another chat the rocker had with Rolling Stone, Bach revealed that Slash called him about “another project with high-profile musicians.” There is no word on who else might be involved in the project and, according to Bach, for the time being, nothing is going on with that potential super-group.

Bach Almost Reunited GN’R?

Sebastian Bach almost singlehandedly reunited Guns N’ Roses, at least according to a story he told Rolling Stone.

Apparently, Bach had been talking to Sly Stone about covering some of his stuff when Sly offered to help out and suggested Axl Rose and Slash play on the track too. When Bach presented Rose with the idea, Axl agreed.

Sebastian was paying for the recording session and everything was set until Sly asked Bach to buy him an 85-hundred dollar dog, which was just too much for the rocker. Since then, Slash has said he would do it too and Bach claims it’s not too late, noting, “If I can afford to buy Sly the puppy he wanted, I can reunite Guns N’ Roses.”

Slash Sues Real Estate Agent
Slash and his wife feel that they were duped into buying a house that didn’t have the amenities they expected and now, they can go ahead with a million dollar civil suit against their real estate agent and his firm.

According to the L.A. Daily News, a judge ruled last week to uphold the case, which alleges fraud and breach of fiduciary duty. (He he... fiduciary.) He also scheduled a February 17th trial date, but urged the parties to attempt to resolve the case with the help of a mediator before then. The former Guns N’ Roses guitarist was told the house was 78-hundred square feet and on a private street, but it turns out it is on a public street and much smaller.

The defense attests that they had no way of knowing the description of the home was incorrect.

VR Has Singer In Mind – GN’R Reunion Inevitable

Former Guns N’ Roses drummer Matt Sorum has opened up to MusicRadar.com about the likelihood of a GN’R reunion and also updated them on how the search is going for a singer for Velvet Revolver.

Sorum spoke about Guns N’ Roses getting back together, noting, “I’m sure it’ll happen eventually.” However, Sorum isn’t expecting a call anytime soon, explaining, “They could be having meetings about it right now. They could be in a bomb shelter, with Axl and Slash and Duff . And Izzy! Maybe Steven Adler - I don't know. I'd probably be the very, very, very last guy to get the call.”

As for a new Velvet Revolver singer, Sorum revealed that they are still actively looking and even tried a couple guys out. Matt added, “We have a guy right now that we’re still… let me see, what would be the correct word… massaging, as you will – sort of checking it out, feeling it out, letting him wok with us.”

The drummer wouldn’t say who it is, but disclosed that the band likes him and that “he’s awesome”.
