The Crue is seeking an up and coming group to open for them next year. Musicians can upload their music at MakeRockHistory.com and the winner will not only get the opening slot on Motley’s 2009 US tour, but they’ll also pocket 25-thousand dollars, gear from Gibson Guitars and a recording deal from Eleven Seven Music.

Crue Get Their Day In LA
July 31st has been dubbed “Motley Crue Saints of Los Angeles Day” in the California city. LA’s Mayor made the declaration yesterday to the band which puts the City of Angels on the map with their latest album, Saints of Los Angeles.
The record is based on the group’s autobiography, The Dirt, which documents many stories that happened all around LA.
