Have a Headbanging Christmas

Christmas is coming early this year, and it’s going to be rocking. That’s because a new holiday album featuring some of rock and metal’s finest is due out in October.

Legendary musicians like Alice Cooper, Lemmy Kilmister, Ronnie James Dio, Billy F. Gibbons, Geoff Tate, Bruce Kulick, Tony Iommi and Dave Grohl headed into the studio to create tracks for the disc, which is appropriately called We Wish You a Metal Christmas and a Headbanging New Year.

The record features metal versions of classic carols like “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”, “We Wish You a Merry Christmas”, “Silent Night” and many more.

The album hits shelves on October 14th, but you can hear “Run Rudolph Run” now at MySpace.com/MetalChristmas.
