Kal got bit by the radio bug back in college while he attended Seton Hall University. During his five year career at WSOU, "Seton Hall's Pirate Radio," he went from phone screener to jock, to running the place as the music director and eventually programming director. "I made a lot of connections from WSOU in TV and Radio and after graduation, I wasn't really sure in which direction I wanted to go." Thinking he'd give TV a try first, he worked production at MTV, VH-1 and then SNL but that radio bug just wouldn't quit itching. He got back into radio when he got a call from a friend who needed jocks at Satellite radio, which eventually led him back to the good-ol big apple and the mighty K-Rock! "From day one, music has always been a huge part of my life, and it always will be."
