The new Oasis album Dig Out Your Soul was released to the eagerly awaiting public yesterday and is also currently streaming on the band’s MySpace page.
That last bit sort of comes as news to guitarist Noel Gallagher, though, who told BBC6, “I only found that out when I read it in the newspaper... I don’t have any opinion on that sort of thing. I don’t get involved. I’ve done a little bit for the Web site in the past. Are people streaming it on Myspace? Good luck to them.”

• Oasis Announce US Tour
Oasis will bring their sounds Stateside this winter for a US tour. The Brit band will tour the country in support of their new album, Dig Out Your Soul, which comes out on October 7th. It’s their first trek in the US in three years and they’ve chosen Oakland, California as the starting off point on December 3rd.
On December 17th the band will hit up New York’s Madison Square Garden. According to Billboard.com, Ryan Adams will also be on the bill for 11 of the dates.
Tickets go on sale on October 3rd via Ticketmaster.
